SMARTSOL LIMITED is an Ontario corporation that builds and operates ProcuraCloud and Frontage. This notice covers this website, subscriptions and billing for our products, and how we handle personal information as the company behind them. Each product also has its own privacy notice for the records you keep in it.

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address and what you write.
• When you subscribe: your name, email address, billing address and subscription details. Card details go to our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach us.
• When you use a product: account and usage information, as that product's privacy notice describes.
• When you visit this website: standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages requested), kept briefly for security. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

How we use it

To provide, bill and support our products, answer your messages, meet our legal and tax obligations, and protect our services from misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run our products, under agreements that require them to protect it: Stripe, for payments and sales tax; and Microsoft, for hosting and email. We also disclose information when the law requires it. Some providers, including Stripe, may process information outside Canada.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for these purposes, and as long as the law requires. Billing and tax records, for example, are kept for six years.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Write to us at the address below. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change this notice, we update the date above, and we tell subscribers by email about any change that affects them.
